To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it.

We offer this short grace period to allow for changes before the fulfillment process begins. Once your order enters processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

After 4 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel or make changes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

Chicapparels Shops is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

• We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.

• If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
