Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Estimate Time Of Arrival

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within Total Delivery Time : 5-11 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Please note:

1. Orders cut of time 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) and will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
3. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can monitor your package’s journey. If you don’t see the tracking link, please check your spam folder.
4. For personalized orders or those requiring modifications, please allow additional time for our designer to complete the customization. The design time will vary based on the complexity of your request.
5. We ship within the US only
6. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.
7. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

After receiving the email notification, you have received an order confirmation email. After 1-2 days of processing, you will receive a notification about the order tracking (you can check the tracking by going to Order tracking

Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.

Incorrect Address

Please provide the correct address at checkout because:

• Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for updates, delaying your order.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. Please verify your shipping address before contacting customer support.

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
